Bridge & Burn's Sustainable Series Campaign
During my time at Bridge & Burn, the owner approached the team and I about an interest in developing a capsule collection of men and women's apparel and accessories that would feature more sustainable materials. With that request came about a year of collaboration across all departments to further unpack what the word 'sustainable' meant through the lens of our customer's interest, wholesale partner's needs, and factory partner's processes. As soon as the collection was in its sampling stage, I worked closely with the head Apparel Designer and Marketing Director to create a narrative around the collection that went beyond the look and feel of the collection; a narrative that would explain what made this collection "sustainable"; the fabrication of the materials used, and a new level of transparency behind the process.
Through the course of this project, I was responsible for developing the branding for the collection, design hang tags, garment labels, a lookbook, linesheets, marketing emails, and a landing page on the website. I also worked as the creative director at the campaign photoshoot where I directed and helped style the set with the Photographer and Art Director. In the final stage of this project, the Marketing Director and I messaged the launch of the collection with a teaser email newsletter to detail the reasons for why this collection existed, with a monthly release plan of new items.
